Cozy studio, completely renovated and located in Calle Dos Aceras, in the heart of Malaga, a few steps from the famous Cervantes Theater, Plaza de La Merced and the main museums, restaurants and shopping areas.

It has a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Despite being in the center, it is very quiet and is perfect for our guests to relax and unwind after touring the city.

As it overlooks an inner courtyard, it is very quiet and no noise from the street can be heard, despite being in the center.

The decoration is neutral and has been taken care of to the smallest detail, based on natural colors, which makes this studio the ideal place to relax and feel at home.

Note: The maximum occupancy is for 2 adults or 2 adults and a child up to 10 years old.

The rules that our guests must know and comply with during their stay are as follows:
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • No parties or events may be held. In case this happens, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the stay immediately.
  • It is forbidden to make noise after 11:00 pm.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Garbage may not be left in the common areas of the building.



It is forbidden the entrance to people who have not been registered in the accommodation. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the stay in case this happens.

MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION

Some rates are directly related to the number of nights booked and the date of the reservation, so any changes may vary the daily price of your reservation.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Upon arrival at our accommodation, a deposit of 200 euros will be requested to cover possible damages. This amount can be paid by credit card or by pre-authorization with the credit card. The damage deposit will be returned after checking that there is no damage or excess of dirt that implies the use of special products or treatments, within a maximum period of 7 days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 7 calendar days prior to arrival date with a full refund. The full amount of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival. If you do not show up at the accommodation on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be notified by email to casapalmaapartamentos@gmail.com indicating the reservation locator and name of the guests.
