Spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment located in the popular La Victoria neighborhood, in the heart of Málaga.
Our accommodation has been designed in an elegant and contemporary style to make you feel at home. It features three comfortable bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The 72-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to five guests, and all rooms are exterior-facing, providing plenty of natural light.
Relax on the comfortable sofa while watching the Smart TV, or share a meal at the large dining table in the living room. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to create your own Malaga recipes and it is also a good place to work.
Our accommodation has three bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Double bed (150×190 cm), large built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: Two single beds (90×180 cm) and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom: Bunk bed (90×180 cm) and a wardrobe; a cozy corner ideal for children or friends. (This bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it is very close to the living room, which does).
Thanks to its good location, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the vibrant city of Málaga, with Plaza de la Merced just a 5-minute walk away, the Calle Larios 14 minutes away and La Malagueta beach about 17 minutes away. It is also well-served by public transport. In the surrounding area, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist activities.
