Modern and quiet one-room apartment with a bedroom with two beds of 90 cm, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen and a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (WC and shower with bars, adapted sink and door dimensions to facilitate wheelchair access). It is located on the second floor of the building. It is interior, as it has three windows overlooking a courtyard of the building. The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, ironing facilities, flat screen LED TV and hairdryer. In addition, the kitchen is induction and has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The building has an elevator, free WiFi and a common terrace in the penthouse with sun loungers and washing machine area.

Thanks to its careful design and great location, this apartment is perfect to enjoy all the activities offered by the city of Malaga.

  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • No parties or events may be held. In case this happens, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the stay immediately.
  • It is forbidden to make noise after 11:00 pm.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Garbage may not be left in the common areas of the building.



It is forbidden the entrance to people who have not been registered in the accommodation. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the stay in case this happens.

Some rates are directly related to the number of nights booked and the date of the reservation, so any changes may vary the daily price of your reservation.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Upon arrival at our accommodation, a deposit of 200 euros will be requested to cover possible damages. This amount can be paid by credit card or by pre-authorization with the credit card. The damage deposit will be returned after checking that there is no damage or excess of dirt that implies the use of special products or treatments, within a maximum period of 7 days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 7 calendar days prior to arrival date with a full refund. The full amount of the reservation will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival. If you do not show up at the accommodation on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be notified by email to casapalmaapartamentos@gmail.com indicating the reservation locator and name of the guests.
